Frances Jewel Betts Bailey, 60, of Kerens passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013 at the Country Meadows Nursing Home. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20, 2013 at New Bethel Baptist Church located at 700 Elm Flat Rd. in Kerens with Rev. Vincent Bailey officiating and Pastor Earnest Betts, Jr., as Eulogist. Interment will follow at the Friendship Cemetery in CrossRoads. Arrangements by Ross and Johnson Mortuary.
