Oscar enjoyed fishing, camping, watching westerns, being outdoors and mostly spending time with his family.
Oscar is survived by his wife; Clara, sons; Lawrence (Irene), James, Leonard, Andrew, Eric (Pearl), Randy (Glenda). Daughters; Edna (Eric), Patsy (Levi), Loretta (Joseph), Brenda (Luis). 25 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren, also he is survived by 2 Brothers and 1 Sister.
Oscar is preceded in death by his parents Ed and Maggie (Cortez) Gutierrez, 1 Daughter 2 Brothers, 3 Sisters, and 4 Grandchildren.
A Rosary for Oscar will be held on Wednesday February 25, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Monte Vista, CO, Funeral services will be held on Thursday February 26, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Monte Vista, CO. Interment will follow over to the Monte Vista Cemetery.
