Ludwig and Albertena Schultz had about four children: birth order not known but possably born in Appleton,Outagamie Co.,WI.
Bertha Schultz
Otto W.Schultz-1860-22 Jun 1897
Linda Schultz-William Whittle
Ida Schultz-1865-2 Dec 1894
John Schultz- d. 2 Feb 1894
In researching the family of Linda Schultz who marries William Whittle.
Linda's parents are Ludwig William Schultz and his wife, Albertena .
I have found a matched couple whom you have entered into the system. Albertena's Memorial number is 144300091.
I see that there is a son Otto.
On the 1880 census, I have identified William (Ludwig) Schultz, wife Albertina with children Otto, Linda and Ida. The dates correspond well with Ludwig and Albertena. Also, I was able to find that particular Ludwig on Fold3, and there appears to be a date on his Civil War Pension card of 1 Mar 1907, which may indicate his death date. He exists in the 1905 census, but I can't find him in 1910, so there is a strong possibility that is his death date. Also, the 1900 census has his birthdate as Jul 1828. Albertena's is Aug. 1828.
I have recognized a daughter, Bertha, born significantly earlier than Otto, Linda and Ida, but have had no luck tracing her either.
