GREENVIEW -- Fern Goodin Zimmerman, 92, died Friday, June 11, 1999, at Scottsdale Village Square Nursing Home.
Born Aug. 16, 1906, in Menard County to William and Mary Williams Cue, she married Wesley Goodin. He died January 10, 1980. She married George Zimmerman in 1981. He died in 1990. She was also preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
Surviving are one son, Dale Goodin; two sisters, Edith Triplett and Sarah Lindsey.
She was a schoolteacher for 42 years.
Burial will be at Big Grove Cemetery in rural Mason City.
