Mrs. Ruperta Padilla, 81, of 2106 N. Calhoun was dead on arrival Wednesday morning at a hospital after suffering a stroke at early Mass in All Saints Catholic Church.
Mrs. Padilla a native of Mexico, had lived in Fort Worth 43 years.
She is survived by two sons, Demetrio and Margarito Padilla of Fort Worth: Four daughters, Mmes. Julia Garcia, Macedonia Garcia, Frances Trujillo of Fort Worth and Lucia Flores of Mexico. 35 grandchildren and 77 great grandchildren. Funeral plans will be announced by Shannon's.
