Mildred (Knepp) Graber, 82, died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at her residence. Born Aug. 12, 1928, in Daviess County, she was the daughter of William and Mary (Wagler) Knepp. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Loren Raber of Montgomery and Mary and Bryant Knepp of Loogootee; five stepdaughters and their husbands, Clara and Wilmer Wagler and Dorothy and Jesse Wittmer, all of Montgomery, Esther and Lloyd Knepp of Windsor, Mo., Ida Mae and Homer Stoll of Loogootee, and Rosie and Perry Wittmer of Odon; four stepsons and their wives, Loyd and Sylvia Graber, Jeff and Anna Maria Graber, Homer and Mary Sue Graber, and Omer and JoAnn Graber, all of Loogootee; three sisters, Sylvia Raber and Rosemary Wagler, both of Montgomery, and Wilma Wagler of Loogootee; five brothers, Elmer, Ora, Abraham, Henry and John Ray Knepp, all of Montgomery; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; 49 stepgrandchildren; and 63 stepgreat-grandchildren. Her husband, Abraham Graber, whom she married Dec. 23, 1965, died May 11, 2003. Her parents; two brothers, William and Amos Knepp; and one stepgrandchild, are also deceased. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Friday at the Bryant Knepp residence. Burial will be in Stoll Cemetery. Visitation is until the hour of service at the Bryant Knepp residence. Arrangements are being made through Brocksmith-Blake and Wagler Funeral Home in Montgomery.
