Mrs. Mary Ellen Barber, age 62, of 413 East North avenue, died at the Olney Sanitarium Wednesday morning Mrs. Barber, the widow of Ben Barber, was taken to the Sanitarium two weeks ago after she suffered a fractured hip in a fall on ice.
The body was removed to the Schaub Funeral Home and funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at the West Village church in Edwards county. Burial will be in the nearby cemetery.
Mrs. Barber is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Mary Nellie Clark of Urbana, Miss May Fryman and Mrs. Belle Roney, both of Olney and four brothers, Richard Fryman of Blue Earth, Minn., Perry Fryman of West Salem, P.E.Fryman of Chicago and Homer Fryman of Ninonk.
