She was a member of the Masons of Kansas City, Missouri Valley. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Jack E. Sanstra, Osceola, MO; two sons, Jackie Sanstra, and wife, Lynn, Tulsa, OK, Stephen Sanstra and wife, Sheree, Kansas City, MO; three daughters, Terry Lane and husband, David, Kansas City, MO, Twyla Messer and husband, Delmar, Liberty, MO, Tammie Porter and husband, Kenneth, Kansas City, MO; 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
