Ralph was born in Oneida Co., N. Y. His father R. DeLong is on the 1910 Oneida Co. census. Ralph joined the Mormon church in Pa. and traveled to Nauvoo with them. He helped to lay the Temple corner stone there. Their sponsor in Nauvoo was James Craig, his brother in law and Olive Bunnell's husband. Ralph owned no land in Nauvoo. He died there in 1845. He left few records - anywhere.
