Jonathan A. Argoe ISLES OF PALMS - With heavy hearts and faithful spirits, the family of Jonathan Arden Argoe lovingly say goodbye to their son, their father, their brother, their uncle and friend, who entered into eternal rest on March 21, 2015. A ceremony in celebration of Jonny's life will be held at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, March 25, 2015, in the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Hwy. The family will receive friends on Wednesday afternoon between 4:00 and 6:45 PM at the Funeral Home. The family will dedicate his remains at the Norway Cemetery on Thursday in a private service after which he will rest under the loving watch of his mother, Lynda, who predeceased him. Believing that it matters less how much life someone lived, as opposed to how one lived their life, the family is comforted to know that Jonny lived his life with a bright smile, an enduring optimism and a hearty laugh. Having never met a stranger, we know that an endless supply of new friends awaits Jonny beyond the gates of Heaven. Jonny is survived by his son, Jonathan Arden Argoe II of Summerville, his father, Hampton Arden Argoe of the Isle of Palms, his sister and brother-in-law, Rhonda and Daniel Peterson of the Isle of Palms, his sister and brother-in-law, Sheryl and Dean Lowder of the Isle of Palms, his sister and brother-in-law, Robin and Ronnie Richter of Charleston, his nephews, Morgan Lowder, Logan Lowder and Arden Richter, along with more aunts, uncles, cousins and friends than can be listed. God bless you Jonny. May Heaven hold for you a ten point buck, a five pound trout and a sandy beach upon which to rest. His guestbook may be signed at www.JamesAMcAlister.com. In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that anyone who was touched by the life of Jonny Argoe take a walk in the woods or on the beach with someone you love. Arrangements by James A. McAlister, Inc. 766-1365.
