Born November 24, 1913, in Jackson County, IN, she was the daughter of Robert and Nettie (Winegar) Callahan.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Linnie Kern and Esther Jenkins; and six brothers: Clarence, Neal, Walter, Mose Lee, Orbin and Howard Callahan.
She had worked as a cook at Three Pigs Restaurant in Bedford, and Dunn Memorial Hospital, from which she retired. She was a member of Davis Memorial Church of the Nazarene in Bedford.
Graveside services will be at Beech Grove Cemetery in Bedford.
