Joseph Cecil Daniel, Sr., 87, Lee's Summit, MO, passed away March 15, 1996, at Jefferson Health Care Center, Lee's summit. funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at D. W. Newcomer's Sons Floral Hills Chapel; burial in Floral Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be 7-8:30 p.m. Monday at the chapel, with Masonic services at 7:30. Memorial contributions may be made to the Western Missouri Masonic Home.
Mr. Daniel was born in Weaubleau, MO, and lived in this area most of his life. He joined the Christian Church at a very early age. He was a Master Mason since 1932. He retired in 1966 from Western Electric Company, with more than 35 years of service. Survivors include one son, Joseph C. Daniel, Jr., Kansas City, MO; two grandsons, Joseph C. Daniel III and William Arthur Daniel; three great-grandsons, Joseph C. Daniel IV, Ethan T. and Tyler C. Daniel; and one great-granddaughter, Mary Ellen; and two granddaughters-in-law, Leisa and Teresa Daniel; and many nephews and nieces. (Arrangements:D. W. Newcomer's Sons Floral Hills Chapel)
