A daughter of Alex Rosswog and his wife the former Mary Futterer, Frances Theodora Rosswog was born 28 October 1889 in Quincy Illinois.
Richard W. Broeker and Frances T. Rosswog married 21 October 1914 in St. Francis church.
Frances Broeker belonged to St. Francis Catholic church and to its Ladies of St. Francis and the Third Order of St. Francis.
Mrs. Frances Theodora Broeker passed away 12 June 1977 at a nursing home in Quincy Illinois. Her husband, Richard Broeker, predeceased her, 7 April, 1948.
In addition: two brothers, Alex Rosswog and Fred Rosswog; and four sisters: Josyline Bauman, Clara Rose, Sophia King, and Ruth Glover, predeceased Mrs. Frances Broeker.
St. Francis Catholic church was the site for funeral services. Interment was at Calvary cemetery, in Quincy Illinois.
