Adalyn W. Harris, 82 of Scottsboro, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2012. Funeral services were held on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Harris is survived by her special friend, Bill Lawson; daughters, Lila Miller and Doris Harris; grandsons, Greg (Cindy) Miller and Randall Miller; granddaughters, Ashley Short and Allison Harris; nine great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; sister, Laura Jean Hastings; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by her husband, Finas G. Harris; granddaughter, Amanda Stephens; parents, Claude and Lexi Dawson; sisters, Betty Robertson and Rosa Henry; and brother, Elmer Dawson.
