He was a Christian and was the Reverend at a local church. People still talk about what a wonderful and giving person he was. He went out of his way to help others.
Survivors include: his father, Donald Wayne Parcel and step mother, Donna (Johnson) Parcel; his wife Beulah, and daughters Robin and Rebecca Parcel; his siblings, Linda and Mike Greene, Lawrence, Dawne and Edward Parcel, Susan Kay Hunter, Nanct Renee Mendibles, Deora Olson, Robert Parcel, Mike Parcel, and Phil Parcel.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Mae Scovel, and his father, Donald Wayne Parcel, Sr., and his two sisters, Connie and Donna Parcel.
His brother, Lawrence Wayne "Lornie" Johnson, followed him in death on August 23, 2006 (also in a car accident.).
Lawrence was laid to rest beside Donald in Mount Auburn Cemetery.
