Eugene Manning Brown, 67, Herndon, died at 1:12 a.m. Friday, June 1, 2012, at Regional Medical Center, Madisonville, of natural causes.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Lamb Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Grace officiating.
Burial will be in Flat Lick Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 until 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, he was born March 22, 1945, the son of the late Johnny Manning and Ora Burke Brown.
He was a farmer and a member of Little River Baptist Church.
Survivors include three sons, Bobby (Darlene) Brown, Herndon, James (Rita) Brown, Elkton, and Jason (Heather) Brown, Dickson, Tenn.; two brothers, Floyd Brown and Larry Brown, both of Christian County; seven sisters, Rose George, Independence, Mo., Marilyn Arnett, Cordell, Ga., Kay Smithson, Herndon, Judy Allen and Terri Wells, both of Hopkinsville, Paulette Brown, Louisville, and Pam Hensley, Kansas; and 10 grandchildren.
