Pearl Farrell, 94, of Miami, died Sunday, May 7, 2006, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Rev. Russ Johnson will officiate. Friends may call until 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 9, and visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Miami Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Miami Cemetery or Gill Memorial Baptist Church.Born Aug. 8, 1911, in Saline County, she was the daughter of the late George Page and Sally Ann Butler Page. On June 29, 1929, in Miami, she married Stephen M. Farrell, who preceded her in death Dec. 30, 1978. She had lived in the Miami area her entire life and was a homemaker. She was a member of Gill Memorial Baptist Church, Order of the Eastern Star, Friends of Miami and the Davis Extension Club.Survivors include one son, George S. Farrell of Ellenton, Fla.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers.
