Andrew was a graduate of McClellan High School and earned a BA in Political Science from Hendrix College in Conway. Anyone who knew Andy knew he was an avid reader, enjoyed anything about history, politics-the Kennedys or Patton.
He was a Navy veteran and was of the Baptist faith. He worked for many years for Allen Canning and most recently WalMart for the past three years.
He is survived by his brother, Donald McGee and wife, Lisa of Vilonia; 2 nieces; 1 great-nephew, 1 great-niece and a number of aunts, uncles, and a host of friends.
A graveside service to honor his life will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, December 2, 2014, at Forest Hills Cemetery in Alexander, Arkansas, with visitation at Forest Hills Chapel, beginning at 12:00 noon, under the direction of Griffin Leggett Conway.
