Wilma Porter, age 76, of Max Meadows, passed away Sunday 15, 2015. She was born January 17, 1939 to the late Alfred Andrew and Lillian Davis Arnold.
Wilma attended Harvest Assembly of God Church.
She was preceded in death by a brother Michael Arnold.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Garnett Porter; two daughters, Rebecca Hampton and Barbara Porter; two sons and daughters-in-law, Garnett Jr. “Buddy” and Donna Porter; Richard and Tawna Porter; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Andrew and Jo-Ann Arnold; Harry and Betty Arnold ; Edgar and Brenda Arnold; Roger and Frankie Arnold; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Margie Sizemore; Evelyn and Reverend Don Scott; Helen and Dub Ford; Linda and Buzz Rubow; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Barnett funeral Home with Reverend Don Scott officiating. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, at the Rickey- Porter Cemetery.
