She was born in Monroe County to Ray Penrose and Ida Marie (Grubbs) Penrose on Dec. 10, 1939. She was married to Jimmie D. Rairdon for 31 years. Judith was retired.
Judith is survived by her son, Tim Rairdon, and his wife, Brenda, of Bloomington; brother, Michael Penrose, and his wife, Susan, of Brown County; sister, Micky Waldrip, and husband, Vernon, of Waverly; and grandchild, Tim Rairdon II, of Bloomington.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son, Derek Rairdon.
Burial at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
