Mrs. Alma Roswold, 71, of 422 South Green St, Sandwich, died Sept 8. 1970 at the Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital in Chicago. She was born Oct, 18, 1899 . in Newark, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ole Tuttle. On Dec. 31, 1919 she was married to Nelson J. Roswold at Newark. Mrs. Roswold was a member of the Newark Lutheran Church and the V.F.W. Auxiliary. Her husband survives, also a brother, Otis Tuttle of Somonauk and three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Konpeny, Mrs. Pearl LaVoy and Mrs. Martha Travis, all of Aurora. Sh e was preceded by a sister and two brothers. Funeral services will be conducted at the Burkhart Funeral Home, Sandwich on Thursday, Sept. 10, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. O. Paul Hougen officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge cemetery, Sandwich. Friends may call after 3 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
