Debbi Bills-Super mom, crazy cat lady, bird lover and all around wonderful person passed away peacefully at her home on March 14, 2015, at the age of 65.
Debbi was born July 31, 1949, in Rigby, Idaho but made her home in Idaho Falls. She graduated as one of the first graduating classes of Skyline High School.
In June of 1974, Debbi was hitched to Alan Bills in Las Vegas, Nevada. Johnny Carson was playing at The Sands. Debbi gave birth to her first daughter, Andrea, on May 23, 1976. Her second daughter, Holly, was born July 11, 1983. Debbi worked at Boise Packaging which was more like a second family than a job.
Debbi had great taste in music and loved the Beatles and The Rolling Stones. She was an animal lover and loved feeding the birds and watching all the critters in her backyard. You could often find her in her backyard or sticking to her TV schedule-she was great at Wheel of Fortune.
Debbi will be missed greatly by all those who knew her and whose lives were touched by her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Bills. We take comfort in knowing they are together having a happy reunion.
Debbi is survived by her daughters: Andrea Watkins and Holly Samson; her sister, Sherry Bush; grandchildren, Kayla and Kyle Watkins and her fur babies Fury, Trip and Nui.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls with Pastor Bob Sherwood officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday March 17, 2015 at Coltrin Mortuary and one hour prior to the services at the mortuary. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
