Died Friday morning,January 20th,1899,Henry Klise,aged 77 years 6 months.
The Deceased was one of the oldest and best known residents of this part of the country,having settled here nearly a half century ago. With his family he crossed the plains in 1853,and has been a resident of Clackamas county ever since.
He leaves a widow,two sons and four daughters,who,with the deceased,are held in the highest esteem by all who know them.The remains were interred into the Adams cemetery Saturday afternoon.

Louisa died January 24,1872 in Molalla,Oregon,from complications of childbirth.Leaving a husband and her eight day old son,Lewis.
She was approximately 19 years of age.
