Buck Casner
A lot of people in the El Paso Southwest didn't know they knew Norman L. Casner, who died yesterday. But thousands knew him as Buck Casner, and that is a great tribute to the fine man he was, one who had many friends because he was a friend to so many. Buck Casner died young, only 80, so his death is all the more shocking to the community that had come to regard him as an ever-present and dependable friend. It is tragic that he was cut down In his prime. The Southwest will long remember Buck.
