Mr. Ottis L. Griffin was a lifelong resident of Anniston, a member of Calvery Temple Assembly of God for 55 years where he taught Sunday School and served as a deacon. He founded Griffin Upholstery, a third generation business. Mr. Griffin was a mechanic and gunner for three years on a B-17 in the Air Force.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harris Staton Griffin and Eunice Susan Johnson; a brother, Bud Griffin; a sister, Lorene Canuti.
Survivors include his wife Ann Griffin; daughter Rita Boykin and sons Delane Griffin, Ronald and Freddie.
