A resident of Chattanooga for many years, died Wednesday morning at 8:30 o'clock at the horne of his daughter, Mrs R.O. Bennett, 21 Mitchell avenue. He had been in failing health for some time. Mr. Brewer formerly engaged in railroad work, but for a good while had been associated with R. O. Bennett at the market house. Surviving the deceased are his children, H. W. Brewer, of Jacksonville, Fla., D. D. Brewer, Mrs. Dora Harris and Mrs. R.0. Bennett, of this city, and Mrs. Gussie Green, of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by six brothers and a sister. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
