She was married to James Homer Crabtree Jun. 28, 1940, in New Madrid, Missouri. They resided in Hastings, Nebraska, before moving to Walled Lake, Michigan. After Homer's death in 1974, she re-married to Jack Noonan.
She was survived by one son, Jody Lee Crabtree; three daughters, Joyce Ann LaJoy, Ruth Ann Montague, and Carolyn Sue Barber; two sisters, Kathleen Clifford and Vera Hayes; and two half-sisters, Leola Davidson and Ann Uselton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jodie Reese and Annie Riggins; her husband, Homer Crabtree; and three siblings, Inola Rogers, Jimmie C. Garrett, and Carrell Garrett.
