Mrs. Thrasher Dies At Home
Death came to Mrs. Elizabeth Nancy Thrasher, 88, at 8 a.m. today at her home south of New Lebanon.
She is survived by three sons, Roy of Sullivan, John of Merom R.1, and Lee of Merom; five daughters, Mrs. Lucy Turner of Odessa, Texas, Mrs. Rachel Pugh of Big Rapids, Mich., Mrs. Bernice Bower of Oak Park, Mich., Mrs. Eva Saucerman and Mrs. Angeline Hobbs, both of Sullivan R.1; one sister, Mrs. Ella Ridge of Sullivan R.1; 32 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the residence on Carlisle R.3, starting at noon Tuesday.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Rose Chapel Church with the Rev. E. L. Bates officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
The Newkirk Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
