CLIVE - A funeral for Carissa Jay Calby, 24-day-old daughter of James and Stacie Calby of Clive, was held Aug. 3, 1994 at Immanuel Lutheran Church at Waukee, with burial following at Waukee Cemetery. She died of Werdnig-Hoffman Disease on Aug. 1 at Mercy Hospital Medical Center at Des Moines.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Lindsey; her grandparents, Jerry and Linda Mack of Waukee and John and Dolores Calby of Chino, Calif.; and her great-grandmothers, Mildred Eastman of Riceville, Irene Mack of Watertown, S.D. and Mary Johnson of Los Angeles, Calif.
