Debbie was a skilled laborer at the Timken Company in Canton, Ohio, a member of the Harrison County Baseball Association and a member of the First Church of Christ, Cadiz.
Debbie is survived by her son, Wesley Andrew Meyer of the home, a brother, Douglas Eckley of Wintersville, Ohio; Two nieces: Aaron and Hannah Eckley; and her aunt Rosalie Horn and her husband Tom of Jewett.
Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, near Jewett Ohio.
