Davis Service Held at Bromide
Funeral Service for Crock C. Davis of Bromide were held at Bromide School auditorium at 2 o'clock Friday evening.
Rev. Bob Felix, Medothist pastor of Coalgate conducted the services.
Born in Lawrence County, Arkansas. March 21 1885. Mr. Davis died following a heart attack at the age of 71 years Tuesday morning. He had lived in Bromide community since 1919.
Surviving are his wife Mrs. Lillie Pearl Cantrell Davis, Bromide: Children Mrs. Goldie Ramay, Bakersfield, Calif; Mrs. Cleo Kilpatrick, California, Bill Davis, Borger, Texas, Mrs. Evelyn Wallace, Mesa, Arizona, two brothers, Ruff Davis, Coalgate, D. D. Davis, Ada, Three sisters Mrs. Rose Stratton, Enid, Mrs. Zellie Gilbert, Albuquerque; Mrs. Lee Scott, Tupelo; 21 grand children. A son Cleo Chester Davis, died in an automobile accident on Nov. 27.
Burial was at Rose Hill Cemetery. Wapanucka.
