Dorothy M. Lodge, 69, of Willisville, died unexpectedly in her home at 5:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 30, 1983.
She was a retired grocery store clerk and a member of the Central Baptist Church of Willisville. She was also a member of the Steeleville Chapter of the Order of the Easter Star, and a member of the Randolph Shrine 105 of the White Shrine of Jerusalem.
She was born in Percy Sept. 22, 1914, to Charles and Artilla Wiggins Popham.
She married William S. Lodge, Jan. 1, 1942, in Perryville, Mo. He preceded her in death by six weeks, Nov. 14, 1983.
She is survived by four sons, Archie Wydeck of Percy, Lyle Wydeck of Salem, Ore., Wayne Lodge of Percy and William D. Lodge of Willisville; one daughter, Kay Degenhardt of Willisville; one brother, Virgil Popham of Percy, and 11 grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Wilson Funeral Home of Ava.
Friends may call after 2:30 p.m. today and Eastern Star services will be held at 7:30 p.m.today in the funeral home under the auspices of the Steeleville Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Burial will be in the IOOF cemetery in Percy.
