POPULAR COUPLE WEDDED AT DAYTON"S CORNERS
Dayton's Corners, Feb. 24.-A very pretty home wedding was solemnized at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Kofahl, Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock, when their daughter Mabel Kofahl, was united in marriage to George Abrams, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. William Abrams. The ceremony was performed by Rev. H. Rex, pastor of the Zion Evangelical church of Webster, in the presence of about forty relatives and friends. The bride was attended by Miss Libbie Abrams, sister of the groom, and Clayton Smith, best man. The wedding march was played by Miss Laura Kofahl at the piano accompanied by Frank Walzer, violinist. The bride was gowned in dark blue with hat to match. Miss Abrams was dressed in blue messaline. The prenuptial events were a variety shower given by Miss Libbie Abrams, and a kitchen shower by Mrs. Newton Ross. Covers were laid for forty people. After a short wedding trip, they will reside in Rochester for a time. The young people have the best wishes of a wide circle of friends as both are well known here, having lived in the vicinity since childhood.
