15 NOV 2022 Notice from FAG that a merge with a duplicate memorial had occurred.∼Funeral service for C.W. "Bill" TILLERY, 68, father of Charles W. TILLERY Jr., and uncle of Claud TILLERY of Westville, was held Sunday afternoon, January 3, at 2:30 o'clock in the Bethel Church, west of Siloam Springs, Ark., with the Rev. Jerry HOPKINS officiating. Interment was in the Oak Hill CEMETERY, Siloam Springs.
Mr. TILLERY, a retired farmer who was born May 27, 1891 near Siloam Springs, Ark., died January 1, in the Memorial hospital in Siloam Springs, after an extended illness.
Surviving are six sons, Terrel, U.S. Air Force; Charles W. Jr., Westville, James, Kansas City, Mo., George L., Fort Worth, Texas, John, Tulsa, and Frank, Siloam Springs; four daughters, Mrs. Ellen NICHOLS, Miami, Fla., Mrs. Della WILLY, Sand Springs, Mrs. Corrine RODMAN and Mrs. Helen PICKELL, Siloam Springs; five brothers, Gus, Siloam Springs, Jim and Vernon, Stockton, Calif., and Floyd, Peoria, Ariz.; three sisters, Mrs. Victoria SIMPSON, LaHabra, Calif., Mrs. Bertha FORREST, Redding, Calif., Mr. Daisy PALMER, Scottsdale, Ariz.; and twelve grandchildren.
