Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Spearman of Ninety Six, Mrs. S. L. Herring of Anderson and Mrs. Frankie Johnson of Elberton, Ga.; three stepsisters, Mrs. Frank Poore of Elberton, Ga., Mrs. Luther Wiley and Mrs. L. B. Hasting of Greenwood; four brothers, C. E. Peurifoy of Greenwood, T. W. Peurifoy of Anderson, the Rev. Harvey O. Peurifoy of Allendale and'W. L.Childs of Anderson; four stepbrothers, Alton Childs of Elberton, Ga., Eugene and Robert Childs of Greenwood and Bunyon Childs of Ninety Six.
Funeral services were conducted at 4 p.m. today at Harley Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. James Stroud.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Ninety Six.
