LUCIEN HALE FUNERAL TOMORROW MORNING
The funeral of Lucien F. Hale, aged 72, attorney who died suddenly Wednesday, will be held at 10 o'clock Friday morning at Crosby's chapel, the Rev. C. N. Dawson, officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn cemetery.
Mr. Hale came to Omaha in 1881 as a claim agent for the Union Pacific. For two terms he served as a justice of the peace. He was a close personal friend of Count Creighton and the latter made provisions for him to have an office in the Creighton building, rent free, so long as he would require it.
Mr. Hale is survived by a son, Joseph A. Hale, 2817 Pacific street; a daughter, Mrs. D. A. Gahan, 823 Pierce street; his widow; two sisters at West Union, Ia., and a brother in California. His home was at 720 Pierce street.
