“Elsie” was born July 27, 1924 in Elkhart County to Adam and Eva (Klingaman) Bickel.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, nind year old Charles in 1941, Harold, Forest and John Edward; and three sisters, Oretha Stickler, Gladys VanNess and Geneva Spangler.
“Elsie” worked several jobs in the area including Wilson’s Feed and Coal, Farm Bureau Co-op in Goshen, Millersburg Lumber and Carriage Inc.
