The native of Savannah was the widow of John Henry White and was a charter member of Ferguson Avenue Baptist Church. She retired from civil service, having served as head cashier at Hunter Army Airfield.
SURVIVORS: a daughter, Virginia White Flowers of Savannah; a sister, Olive Stotia of Hemst, Calif.; three grandchildren, Elizabeth F. Mehrtens, Phillip M. Mehrtens and Charles A. Flowers, all of Savannah; two great-grandchildren, Joshua A. Flowers and Phillip A. Mehrtens, both of Savannah; and a number of nieces and nephews.
VISITATION; 7-9 p.m. today at Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel.
FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, burial in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
