Florence N. Wilson was born in Jackson, Ohio, July 11, 1864 and departed this life at Edgefield, Fayette county, Ohio, January 5, 1895, aged 30 years, 5 months and 24 days. On January 18, 1885, she was united in marriage to Henry Rapp. The funeral services were held in the German church at Piketon, Pike county, and conducted by her pastor, J.H. Stratton, assisted by Revs. W.H. Mitchell and Wilson J. Holcomb. Her remains were interred in the cemetery near that place, side by side with her mother. She leaves to mourn her loss a devoted husband, four children and a large number of relatives and friends. (J.H. Stratton-Fayette County Herald)
