Donald Leroy Blomquist, 80, of Copperas Cove, died Saturday, February 14, 2015, in Jackson, Tennessee. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, February 16, 2015, at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Copperas Cove. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Copperas Cove. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m., in St. Olaf Cemetery, Cranfills Gap.
Don was born in Valley, Nebraska, to the late Inez and Herb Blomquist. He married Rosalie Nelson on August 19, 1956. Don enjoyed fishing and hunting, watching old cowboy movies, and playing with his grandkids.
