Marietta, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Nimrod, died on Tuesday morning, December 8, 1884, aged about 14 years. The deceased was a most amiable girl, and won the affection and good will of all her school mates by the sweetness of her disposition and quiet courtesy to all. We deeply sympathize with the stricken parents, who are now over whelmed with grief at the loss of their darling and only child. Funeral services were conducted at the residence by Rev. F. Cox on Wednesday afternoon, after which the remains were interred in the Winamac cemetery.
