Funeral services for Mrs. Nora Bankston, age 95, who died Monday August 13, 2001, will be held Thursday August 16, 2001 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home with Rev. Benny Berry officiating. Burial will follow in the Bevill’s Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Bankston was a long time member of the Walnut Grove community and a member of the Bevill’s Chapel Baptist Church. Survivors include her son Lois Bankston of Evansville, Indiana, four grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Gallant Funeral Home.
