Jerry had worked as an Equipment Operator for the Highway Department of Kansas. He was a 1958 graduate of Gray High School and proudly served his country in the United States Army.
Jerry was also a member of the VFW and American Legion and enjoyed fishing and visiting with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Janice Bray and Loretta Plum. He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Michael Billingsley and wife Diana of Bryant, Arkansas; grandchildren Cody Billingsley and Samantha Billingsley of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; brother, George Billingsley of Bethel and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 6, 2011 from 3 to 5 pm at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 7, 2011 at 2pm at the Holly Creek Community Church. Burial will follow at Holly Creek Cemetery.
