Funeral services for Albert Andy Meuth, 67, of Needville, will be held Thursday, Dec. 22, at 10 a.m. at St. Michael's in Needville, with interment following at Greenlawn Memorial Park at 3900 B.F. Terry (FM 2218 & Highway 59) in Rosenberg. A rosary service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 21, at 7:30 p.m. at Davis Funeral Home, 9302 Church St. in Needville. Father James Ramsey will officiate the services.
Meuth was born Dec. 5, 1927 in Bastrop, Texas. He died Dec. 20 in Richmond. He served in the Army during World War II.
Meuth is preceded in death by his son, Michael Meuth.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen Meuth of Needville; and sons, Glenn Meuth and wife, Carla, of Richmond, Gary Meuth and wife, Susan, Terry Meuth and wife, Charlotte, Albert Meuth Jr. and wife, Becky, all of Needville, and Kevin Meuth and wife, Tonya, of Houston; his brothers, Leo Meuth of Rosenberg and J.C. Meuth of Cleveland, Texas; his sister, Viola Bartsch of Bastrop, Texas; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the St. Michael's Building Fund.
