Gary Don Holder, 56, beloved family man, passed away Feb. 15, 2015, at his daughter's home on Dodson Prairie.
Service is 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20, in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Palo Pinto Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home.
Gary was born July 10, 1958, in Mineral Wells, the son of John and Virginia Ragsdale Holder. He was a farmer, rancher and security guard. Gary married Tina Lewis on Nov. 29, 1982, and they spent 32 years happily married, never being more than a day apart.
He is survived by his wife, Tina; daughters, Crystal Schoonover and husband Billy, Katrina Venable and husband Steven, and Kerri and Kimberly Holder; grandchildren, Eric, C.J., Mallory, Braydon and Laura Schoonover, Kathryn Holder, Cashdon Edens, Eli Holder and Cooper Venable; brothers, Dean and wife Sandi Holder, and Jerry and wife Darlene Holder; aunts, Flora Reedy, Bertha Lou Glover and Wanda Bourland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, James and David Holder.
