Born in Roanoke, Va., she was a daughter of the late George A. and Annie Huff Marks. She was a member of the Washington Street United Methodist Church in Columbia.
Surviving are a son, William H. Monckton IV of Myrtle Beach; a sister, Janice A. Marks of Richmond, Va.; three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Services will be noon today at Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel, conducted by the Rev. C. J. Lupo Jr. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery.
