Marion worked for Jack Wolf Ranchwear in Salt Lake City and for Sandhill Ranchwear in Yuma. She loved traveling and participation in Mt. Man Rendezvous. She had a great love for cactus plants, birds and all animals, especially her dogs.
Marion was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She found great happiness working with the small children and hoped to have made a difference in their lives with her teachings.
Marion is survived by her husband of 29 years, Robert White; sisters, Janet (Alma) Blonquist of Coalville, Utah, Kristeen (Jim) Fowler of Kimberling City, Missouri and Evelyn (Kent) Olsen of Carbonville, Utah; sons, Travis White and Shane (Annie) White both of Yuma; one grand daughter, Jayleen.
She was preceded in death by parents, Everett Leroy Rees and Marie Sargent Rees.
Memorial services will be at the LDS Church 4200 W. 18th Street on Saturday, October 17, 2009, 10:00 a.m. Viewing will begin at 9:00a.m. prior to the service.
