In 1920 he lived in Clarksburg as a grocer & decided to try a life of crime by stealing chickens. In 1922 he was released from Moundsville and disappears. His son Harry died in 1925 but his obituary doesn't mention George at all and in the 1930 census Virginia his wife is listed as being a widow. When she dies he isn't mentioned in her obituary either.
There is no Death Record & his Grave site has yet to be found.
