"MISCELLANEOUS SHOWER.
Mrs. John Brigance entertained wit a miscellaneous shower Thursday evening at 8:15, complimentary to Miss Lillian Lucille Goff, whose marriage to Mr. Lewis C. Abbott of Dallas will take place Sunday afternoon, next.

Mrs. Brignance was assisted by her mother, Mrs. Ridley, and sister, Elizabeth, they receiving the guests.

The delightful game of bunce was played and high score was tied. Also an exciting contest: 'My all in a Bride's Trousseau' was entered into with much enthusiasm, the outcome of which proved there was more than one present contemplating matrimony - if one judged by the number of correct answers displayed.

A color scheme of lavender and white prevailed throughout the decorations. Brick cream in dainty lavender hearts with angel food cake was served to the guests.

The following registered: Misses Lillian and Irma Goff, ... ."
