Orville Milton Bell, 59, lifetime resident of Rexburg, died in a Boise hospital, Sunday following a lingering illness.
He was born Mary 30, 1899 in Rexburg, the son of William Alfred and Harriet Adeline Rowberry Bell. He attended Rexburg schools, is a veteran of World War I, and was a member of the LDS Church.
He married Delores Huff May 2, 1918 in Rexburg.
He was employed as a mechanic in the Rexburg garage for nearly 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, one son, Reed Bell, and one daughter, Mrs. Garr Beth Calaway, all of Rexburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters: William Alfred and Martel Bell, Mrs. Hugh (Sybil) Parker, all of Rexburg; Ken Bell and Mrs. Frank (Alice) Camphouse, both of Portland, Oregon, and Mrs. Noah (Harriet) Dennis of Idaho Falls.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Rexburg 3rd Ward Chapel with Bishop Raymond Erickson officiating. Burial will be in Teton Cemetery.
